On June 9, C&D Commercial Management, a subsidiary of C&D Real Estate, officially signed the contract for the Zhongshan City Plaza project, a new development in Shunchang county, Nanping, Fujian province. The development, which is to be located at the hub of Nanping, will have a gross building area of 25,000 m2, including the only commercial complex in Shunchang County, supermarkets, boutique department stores, Chinese and Western restaurants, a children's playground, a cinema, and a section for online e-commerce businesses.

C&D Commercial Management started working on its first development in northern Fujian as early as 2016. Consisting of a shopping mall, an office building, a hotel-style apartment, and eight theme blocks, the development, i.e. the C&D Yuecheng Center, was the first one-stop comfortable living complex, as well as the most competitive, most distinctive business district in the region. In 2019, the company undertook a new development, i.e. C&D Yuecheng, in Jian'ou, a county in the same region. By taking over the Zhongshan City Plaza project, C&D Real Estate will continue to expand its business deployment in northern Fujian and contribute to a mature business space in the city.
